 Here is Gabe on a Tire swing. I guess the best investment I've ever made was this local purchase. All of my grandchildren run straight to it when they get here. On thanksgiving past, when Gabe came for a little visit, he too went straight for the Horse.
I got this jewel one summer a little over 4 years ago. I had gone to a Hardware in Milton Florida, for some of their Lumber products and plumbing supplies. When I got ready to leave, I walked past the funny looking swings out front and thought " I wonder if the kids would swing in that?" Man did they ever!
Be prepared to do a lot of pushing! The kids rarely get tired of it. You can swing them, wind them around in a circle, they like it all. The horse swing holds them securely in place. And even though the bandanna is faded and the mane is long gone, the swing is still solid after all of this time.
For those not familiar with Milton, it is in Santa Rosa County. Pensacola is about 20 miles from here. Only A short drive to Halls to pick up one of the greatest swings you will ever hang from a tree! I promise! Srosa.com gives this one a big Thumbs up! |
