FAQ About Srosa.com Shopping Card


Q. How many cards will I need?

    A. Each Merchant has their own and unique offer for you. Every discount is differnent. Check for details on the Merchants page to read more about their promotion. Each  discount conditions (whether one person to the group or group of people per card etc.).

Below is a list of average number of cards needed for each category of discounts: Most of the time only one card per group is needed. Some merchants may give a per card discount per purchase. An example would be 10% off purchases. You of course may not combine the cards for a 20% discount.   All discounts are generally Per Person/Per Card unless otherwise noted.


Q. If I order more than one card, Do I need different names?

   A. No.  Names are not printed on our cards. Only a number and a bar code so that you may be entitled to additional savings if the Merchant has a gift reward program activated.

Q. I see you offer online purchases is it secure?

    A. We only use Paypal, Google Checkout or the Merchants secure https if they have one already set up. Srosa.com can also offer delivery for some items. If so it will be listed on the item description.


Q. How will the charge appear on my credit card statement?

    A. The billing on your paypal and Google check out will be listed as Gamepart.com. That is our parent company.

Q. How long is the Card valid?

    A The cards are good one year. They expire on 31 Dec. 2009

Q. How can I recieve my card?

    A. Your card will be sent to a Participating Merchant near your listed address. You can just go in and ask for it. It will be in an envelope with your name on it. In the unlikely event  there is no merchant near your location we will mail your card to your home address.

Q. I am Out of State. Can I still have a Srosa Shopping Card?

    A. Absolutely!  We love visitors. We will be glad to mail your cards to your home address. Or we can arrange to have them dropped of at your hotel! Just let us know when you expect to be in our area.


Q. Why do you need my email address and issue me a password?


    A. Email addresses are needed to send confirmations to the cardholder at the time of purchase. It is also used for all correspondences with cardholders on problems with orders, hotel deliveries, updates, etc. Your email address is also used when you purchase new cards annually.  Additionally  by agreeing to use this card you are also agreeing to receive our newsletter that list new savings and coupon updates. We will mail this letter at least once a month. We will not share your information with anyone.   


Q. What happens if I lose my  Card?


    A.  Your first card is Free! If you lose your card you can pay a small fee and have it replaced. All we charge is the price it costs us to purchase the card ourselves.

Q. Do I have to present my  Card each time I use in order to receive the discount?

    A. Yes. You must present the SROSA Card each time you go to a participating merchant in order to get their listed discount.

Q. How many times may I use my  Card at locations that accept it?

    A. As long as you are following the Merchants program, you may use your Srosa Card as many times as you like until it's expiration date.

Q. Can I use my Card with other discounts?

    A. No. The Srosa Card can not be combined with any other discounts, coupons, specials, or promotions.
